Astazi despre parfumuri:

• Prada planuieste lansarea in luna octombrie a unui nou parfum barbatesc Infusion d’Homme, dupa succesul parfumului de dama. Mai multe aici.

• Un articol interesant despre parfumurile lansate de celebritati. Hillary Duff este apreciata de criticul New York Times, Chandler Burr, pentru parfumul “With Love” despre care spune ca:

If With Love is not by any means a great scent, it has an absolutely coherent structure, very good persistence on skin and a nice diffusion. With Love smells, interestingly enough, comforting. It’s not identifiably “floral,” not “perfumey” — no aldehydes — and not, honestly, particularly reminiscent of any fragrance I know. It is instead an abstract example of the contemporary naturalist school, a scent one might encounter were one lucky enough to be hugged close to the suntanned neck of a pretty volleyball player on a Malibu beach: a bit of sunscreen, a hint of the breeze from the California hills and the smell of a girl who really knows how to play at the net. Were you not to know the scent’s celebrity origins, you would be left, as she released the hug and rushed happily back into the game, with the impression of olfactory sweetness and the white of her smile. You would not be torn. You would simply smile back.

• Daca tot vorbeam despre celebritati care isi lanseaza parfumuri… Rachel Zoe Scent se pregateste sa fie lansat in magazine. Lumea este foarte incantata, insa nu se stie o data exacta a lansarii… evident.

• Nu in ultimul rand, Avon pregateste o noua lansare de parfum in august: U by Ungaro. Dupa Flowers by Cynthia Rowley, U by Ungaro se anunta a fi hitul campaniei. Iar imaginea parfumului este Reese Witherspoon. Sper doar sa nu miroase cum miros parfumurile distribuite de Avon… adica toate la fel.

• Kylie Minogue isi lanseaza cel de-al patrulea parfum: Sexy Darling. Dupa Darling si Sweet Darling ce putea urma decat Sexy Darling? Ma intreb oare la anul vom mirosi si un My Darling? Mai multe aici.

• Joop lanseaza in toamna aceasta un nou parfum masculin dupa aproape 7 ani de pauza: Wolfgang Joop. Va contine note de coriandru, lemn de santal, scortisoara si evident patchouli.
